オーナーが親切で、商品についての説明が丁寧に受けられるお店です。
アンティークの陶器やヴィンテージ玩具が揃い、心に残る思い出が作れます。
I visited back in juli this year. We where heading to the arashiyama monkey park. We walked the wrong way and ended up at this store. The vintage car magazine caught my eye and me and 2 friends got in the store. We where welcomed with open arms by the store owner. We looked around a bit and I saw an Opel Calibra rc car. As a big Opel fan I started to talk to the owner about it. It was definitely one of the most memorable moments of my japan trip. Really nice and enthusiastic about his stuff. If like me your going to the monkey park stop at his shop. It will definitely be worth your while.
아라시야마를 다녀왔던 기억을 두고두고 남기고 싶어서 들르게 되었어요. 사장님이 정말 친절하셔서 그릇과 장남감들의 설명도 듣고 즐거웠어요. 40-50년 된 앞접시와 사과 인형을 사왔어요. 덕분에 집에서 밥을 해먹을 때, 찬장을 볼 때마다 일본 여행 다녀온 기억이 생생하게 납니다. 일본어가 서툰데도 번역기를 쓰고 설명해주시고 대화를 나누어서 정말 감사하고 즐거웠어요. 다음에 다시 아라시야마를 간다면 사지 않은 것을 후회하고 있는 감 나르는 엄마 인형을 꼭 사고 싶네요. 꼭 이곳에 들르기를 추천합니다!
I recently visited this charming antiques store in Kyoto, and it was a delightful experience! The shop is filled with unique treasures from various decades, each with its own story. The owner is incredibly friendly and passionate about his collection; he took the time to share the history behind many items, making the visit even more special. If you’re looking for a piece of the past or just want to enjoy a warm conversation, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

This is a MUST VISIT. Hidden treasure shop near Arashiyama bamboo forest with the nicest owner who knows every detail about each item in his shop. I could feel his passion for vintage items. He personally sources each product. Will definitely be coming back.
