very clean units couple units are spacious. air conditioned and a gas cooktop is available. office members are friendly and very helpful. rent includes the cost of amenities and it's very reasonable.
A little bit old but maintained very well. Might be the best accommodation for short visit (1-3 months). Within walking distance to Tokyo Tech and Ookayama station.
Compact and functional, with good management and good location.
