(visits: 5+) The famous "Star Wars Bar". This may be Fukui's best kept secret; however, somehow people from all over the world find it about this place and travel to Fukui just to visit this bar. It looks like your average old classic dark Japanese bar, until notice that it holds one of the world's largest collections of Star Wars memorabilia. The master is super nice and loves to chat. The prices are fair. Love this place. (There is a small seating charge, around 500 yen I think. He gives you a small snack as is customary with a seating charge, but the few times I have been it has always been something unique, prepared or cooked, not a 10 yen spoon-full of rice crackers out a bag like most places)
