I opened a JP Post Bank Cash Card with Passbook in this Post Office.I have zero knowledge with Japanese language, so I have to a google translator 100% of the time. The lady who assisted me name “AYUMI” on window 2 was very patient and helped me create an account. She helped me write katakana either despite of me not being sure if it’s right 😅She has a lovely tone of voice, helpful and would definitely recommend to ask for her help. The entire Post Office is clean though.
