fantastic wee gaming bar. the bar man was enthusiastic, loved games and did very well to understand my Scottish accent. we talked about Smash Bros, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Bloodborne, and more. even the standing charge snack was delicious. i had a great time, despite embarrassing myself by Game Over-ing on the second level of Sonic 1.

What a great place, amazing games, extremely nice bartender with great gaming knowledge and all the latest games! A true gem of a night, didn’t leave till the end!

10/10 BEST GAMER BAR in OSAKO! We visited the bar in November 2024 based on Google reviews, boy the place did not disappoint! An amazing selection of retro games and consoles, I felt like a kid again and had the best evening in Osaka in Bar Encount. The drinks were very reasonably priced, service was great (the owner is the bar man). We had a good chat over the games and consoles, using Google translate to communicate! This place is a hidden gem and worth making a must stop on an Osaka trip. Golden Eye, Mario Kart, Street Fighter, Goonies were the main games we tried. Clean bar. Clean toilets too.
Literally the best bar I have ever been to. The drinks were good, the ambiance was amazing for gamers, and the owner was such a charming fellow. If you're a gamer and want a relaxing drink in Osaka, go to this place. It's a bit hard to find, but it's a treasure worth hunting!
レトロゲーム仲間と飲みながらゲームしようと訪れました🙌当初は場所がわからずかなりウロウロしましたが、奥の廊下側にありますマスター結構おしゃべりで気さく😊多少ゲーム下手でも褒めてくれますｗ大体有名どころが揃っており、友人と非常に楽しい時間を過ごしました😆この手のお店は中々ご苦労が多いと思いますが、こんな素敵な空間を提供してくれるのはレゲーファンとしては本当に嬉しい限り😌機会があったら絶対また伺います🙌
建物が、なかなか近づけないオーラがありますが、中にはいれば店主さんもお客さんもみんな親しくしてくれてめちゃくちゃ面白いです。いろんな歴代のゲームもそろっててあこがれの秘密基地感もあって最高です！東方スペルバブルを好きにならせていただけました（笑）ぜひいってみてください！
店長もアルバイトも面白いキャラでお話して楽しいです。
