This small branch maybe convenient for small tasks, but overall they lack number of professional employees.When I visited there for account related work, the lady told me to visit another branch instead because "we only have a single staff so it will take too much time". I went to the other branch only to see the single lady staff doing all the work. And took a lot of time.I guess post office lack competitors and this is the consequences.
