It’s an old building with only 2 showers, however I appreciate the vanity room with hairdryers and space to do makeup. The building staff are nice and keep it clean. It’s a bit far from the station but it’s in a peaceful neighbourhood and they take security seriously, a bit too much in my opinion as we are adult women not children. People are shy in the building and they stick to themselves. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay.
ちょいちょいね値上げしてくる、更新のタイミング以外でも値上げしたり。
光熱費、水道代込のこの価格で高級住宅地たまプラに住めることに驚きました。治安がよく日々の買い物にも困りません。また東急は他の私鉄よりもお安く電車通学の方にも良いと思います。門限の設定も要バイトの学生さん向き。一人暮らしが不安な方にもオススメです。他の方と関わる必要もありません。収納スペース結構あります。
