和菓子作りを体験しました。団体で行ったのでグループ貸切で、作りやすかったです。インストラクターの先生も丁寧に指導して下さいますし、作り方以外にも和菓子のお話もあり面白かったです！作ったのはその場で食べられますし、家に持って帰ることもできます。二十四節気を元に作るお菓子が変わるようです。
We were alone together; it was an interesting private class. The teacher was very patient, calmly explaining everything. The sweets were delicious. It's a workshop of finesse and attention to detail. As for the matcha, he told us about the ceremony, but we didn't have to practice it. He answered many questions we had about its traditions. It was a pleasant and sweet afternoon.
The sweets making was fun, I recommend taking this tour with the tea ceremony because matcha tea is so bitter and the sweets make it more tolerable. The guide was great and informative also but I don't remember his name sorry
Wir haben hier über Klook gebucht. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist super. Der Veranstalter spricht gutes Englisch und erklärt alles genau. Der Matcha-Tee war auch lecker.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Tee Zeremonie. Es wurde alles erklärt und dauerte etwa 30-40 Minuten.

We got to make our own sweets and matcha tea, guided by our fantastic tutor. She spoke in both English and Japanese and gave us a historical background to each activity we did.It was overall a fantastic experience, completed in good time and the sweets were delicious. I also feel like I learnt a lot.
