We wanted to ship several parcels to Germany and ran into a few problems because we had misunderstood the maximum package size beforehand.Every member of the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They went out of their way to help us. They even allowed us to repack our parcels on site and continuously assisted and advised us throughout the entire process. Since we had to repack everything, we also had to redo all of the customs declaration forms, and they patiently guided us through them again. In the end, we spent a very long time at the post office. Even so, no one ever made us feel like we were a burden, in the way, or taking up too much of their time.A huge thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. Even the language barrier never became an issue because of their kindness and willingness to help. I highly recommend this branch if you need to send international parcels!
