Went in with no Japanese language skills and these guys were so polite and patient, set us up and went through everything we needed, really amazing customer service. Even refunded us 2 hours of payment for returning the car two hours early. These guys made renting a car in a foreign country easier and more pleasant than my home. Really appreciate the great service and patience. Definitely recommend! Plus the location is a great starting place for exploring Mount Fuji. Really easy to get out of town from this location if city driving makes you anxious.

楽天トラベルで評判が一番良かったのでここで借りました。富士宮駅なら次の駅道明寺駅と離れてましたけどやはりここで正解でした。スタッフの方はとても親切で初めて乗るハイブリッド車の説明を詳しく説明してくれました。また「車の荷台に傷がつかないようにブルーシートを貸して欲しい。」とお願いしたら貸してくれました。場所もダイソー富士宮店のお向かいですのでわかりやすいと思います。
I didn't have a reservation, but I needed a car for a day in Fujinomiya. I just went there, was greeted by super friendly staff and after 10 minutes everything was sorted regarding the car. It was a nice Toyota Yaris at a fair price. I can absolutely recommend this car rent station.
離富士宮車站距離約1.4公里有點距離，不算太方便地方小，如果客人多的話要稍微等一下服務人員都很客氣，尤其交車的那位先生，大熱天還蹲在地上幫我們設定導航，十分感謝。
