We originally picked this location because we wanted to eat at a local mom&pop restaurant experience in Ito, and the reviews suggested this was a top place to try. It definitely is!The couple the couple that runs this place are wonderful and sweet. The chef did his best to accommodate a shellfish allergy and tried very hard to help our poor Japanese. He even spoke to us in English which was helpful. We had a lot of fun here and the owner and his wife did their best to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.From a western pallet point of view, the food here was fantastic. The shoyu and miso ramen were far better than anything we have back home costing 4x the price in Vancouver Canada. The house special meatballs, were dynamite!We like this place so much, we came back the next night. Highly recommend for visiting tourists. If your Japanese is not great, download the google translate app and the owner was happy to converse with you through technology.

Beautiful local obaachan ojiichan runned eatery. Their kawa ebi was Delicious and Loved them. Also loved their Umetsukune. Love a good local, they are the best.

周辺のオススメ
一見で飛び込みで入りましたが、女性の店員さんもお父さんも本当に感じが良くて、なにを頼んでもおいしくてビックリしました！やきとりも、餃子も、一品料理も美味しかったです。おしぼりもかえてくれて、ホスピタリティも最高でした。席数が少ないから難しいかもしれませんが、こういう素敵すぎる the 日本の素敵なお店 はいつまでも続いて人気になっていてほしいです。ご馳走様でした。
