突然のペットの死でも、心を込めた送り出しをサポートしてもらえます。
先日 16年と7ヶ月の愛犬が亡くなり火葬をお願い致しました。とても丁寧で心のこもった対応をしていただき 感謝の気持ちで いっぱいです。我が家には愛猫も4匹 居ますのでまた もしもの時はワンハートさんでお願いしたいと思っております。この度は お世話になりました。

We are pleased with the service that they gave.Our first cat pet here in Japan died suddenly and we want to give her a proper sending off. Even though we are not that fluent with japanese language and the flow of how the japanese burial is very different to ours. their staff that time explained and executed it properly for us.ありがとうございました。
