三菱UFJ銀行武蔵境支店の特徴
南口ロータリーの目の前に位置し、アクセスが非常に便利です。
多数のATMが完備されており、待ち時間が短縮されています。
スタッフが親切で、銀行への訪問が楽しいひとときに変わります。
非常に失礼で消極的な攻撃的な従業員。カスタマーサービスのトレーニングと、システムをごまかした日系アメリカ人の二重市民を非難しないトレーニングが必要です。ここのほとんどの従業員は役に立ちますが、この特定の従業員は、このブランチを将来の困惑から救うために手放す必要があります。（原文）Extremely rude and passive aggressive employee. Needs some training in customer service and in not accusing Japanese-American dual citizens of cheating the system. Most employees here are helpful but this particular employee should be let go so as to save this branch from future embarrassment.
ATMがたくさんあるので人がたくさん並んでいても、待ち時間は少ない。
何故他の皆さんのレビューが低いのか納得のいく駄目具合でした。話が長く要点を言わずだらだらと喋るので非常に解りにくかったです。対応してくれる人も途中でガラガラ変わって(対応中に相手が変わるなんてここで初めて体験しました)また一から話し始めたり…酷いサービスでした。あと口調がキツくてちょっと怖かったです。
Terrible experience. Staff insisted that all account details must be written in Kanji to open a bank account. When we called the main office to confirm this later the branch staff lied and said they had never told us to write our details in Kanji. I would not use this branch. Very bad service for foreign customers. Shinsei Bank is much better.
Going to the bank is always a drag but this branch has really lovely staff that made the venture somewhat enjoyable.
