大将が話しやすく、居心地の良さを感じるランチです。
Our 2-night stay at Hotel ZAGAKUKAN (7-9 Dec 2025) was fantastic. We chose it because it fit our budget while still looking classy and cozy, and it certainly exceeded expectations!The superior twin room (23㎡) was perfect — slightly more spacious than the standard double (21㎡). I absolutely loved the room setup; the beds were super comfy and snuggly, providing a lovely, subtle ryokan vibe despite not being a futon on tatami.The hotel truly spoiled us with amenities and toiletries! We were provided with everything: yukata, pajamas, bathrobes, a full set of skincare products, and even a facial mask. While check-in is late at 5 PM, the late 1 PM check-out balanced it perfectly.The highlight, however, was the private indoor onsen bathtub — that was the whole point of our booking. In terms of location, it's a short 7-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. For the price, this stay was an incredible value and super duper worth it.
Our experience was 10/10. From the welcome air conditioned foyer to the wonderful staff, beautiful room with a large bed, and generous space. Even the water provided was king size. Only minutes to town centre so perfect position. Highly recommended from|travellers from New Zealand.
箱根湯本は初めてでした。Hotelは最新の施設で、黒基調のシックな感じ。アメニティの質は申し分なかった!歯ブラシも。寝巻きは、着物のような浴衣、パジャマと二種類あり。証明とテレビの操作が、ベッドサイドのスクリーンで操作でき、今風デス。玄関が狭いのに、内開きなので二人一緒には入りにくいです。玄関開けたら、すぐベットなのもいまいち。あと、お値段。
2回目の利用です。前回はデラックスでしたが今回はスタンダードです。雰囲気、サービス共にまた来たいと思える旅館です。
箱根湯本駅から徒歩５分程ですが、通りから少し入るので非常に静かで落ち着いた宿です。部屋から内階段を上がると専用の露天風呂、ゆっくりと寛げる環境は至福のひとときを過ごす最高の宿でした。
Photos from previous reviews are accurate , location is great. Bus stops and train stations are very nearby. Please visit this hotel. Easy to find also. Lovely private hot bath, room is spacious for Japanese standards
彼女の誕生日祝いに、エグゼクティブツインを予約したが非常に満足でした。内装は、和モダンで、落ち着いた雰囲気で、さらにラグジュアリー感もあり雰囲気は最高でした。シャワーと浴室が離れていたが、構造上仕方ないと思いました。お風呂は露天で最高でした。露天風呂には簡易的な休憩ソファもあり長湯ができました。駐車場は5分程度あるくので、どちらかといえば若者向けのホテルだと感じました。また泊まりに行きたいと思います。
駐車場が遠くかなり角度のある坂を上り下りする必要あり。大浴場はない。トラブルの際、予約サイト側での対応になる我々は知らぬ存ぜぬな対応。
箱根湯本駅から徒歩7分ほどのホテル。2022年3月にリニューアルオープンしたそうで、新しいです。チェックインは午後5時、チェックアウトは午後1時です。入口が寿司店と同じです。

My partner and I both agreed that this was most luxurious hotel we've stayed in. From the space of the room, tatami mat floors, lighting choices, and upstairs bath - it was unforgettable! Definitely worth the price for the location and service. The staff are also so helpful and helped move our luggage from room to room. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
