We had a great farm-to-table experience! The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about farming. She explained how natural elements affect the taste and growth of the entire ecosystem, making the trip very educational and engaging for all ages.Since potatoes were in season, we experienced harvesting them ourselves. Afterwards, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch inside a beautiful, traditional kominka (old Japanese house), where the fresh ingredients were cooked right on the spot.This is a wonderful spot for anyone looking for a meaningful, hands-on experience with traditional Japanese culture in Ichinomiya, Chiba.
