A place we stumbled upon randomly when looking for dinner in Gion area and all the other restaurants have a long queue. We were a bit hesitant to try since at the time of our visit, the place only had a few reviews. To our surprise, the ramen tastes amazing! We ordered the tonkotsu & shoyu ramen and both are super delicious. Free water refills. The waitress is very friendly and helped us order when we got confused with the ordering machine. Highly recommended!
Delicious tonkotsu ramen. The large one is super fulfilling. Not a fancy place, not instagrammeable… Which makes it perfect with no queues and no wait. Will come back!
近くのお目当てのラーメン店が臨時休業だったので、急遽、こちらの店へ行きました。鶏白湯らぁ麺(大盛)を注文して食べたのですが、皆さんが絶讃する程でも無い、普通のスープの少ない鶏白湯ラーメンでした。高評価の訳は、立地と接客をする女性定員さんが外国の方で、流暢に英語が話せるからだと思います。失敗でした。
はじめての来店！辛味噌ラーメン注文。麺が+200円で米粉麺に変更出来ることが分かり即決しました。ラーメン食べたいけど…と思っていたのでグルテンフリーは嬉しかったし、スープも濃厚で美味しかったです♡京都に来たらまた行きます♪

BEST ramen in the whole of KYOTO! Been travelling for a while and had many ramen by far the best only thing is its not fancy, self serve, eatAnd go and not touristy - if that’s what you want.
Very very tasty. English menu also. The broth of the pork ramen was great. Good music also. Absolutely great.
Truly a great place, we got to use the push button ordering. (1. Money in 2. Press buttons to order 3. Change lever when done 4. Optional - black button bottom right for receipt 5. Hand tags to person behind counter to get your ramen started.)Definitely add an egg, I wish I got 3 total. Really flavourful

I know this place is such down now but historically this was my absolute favourite place to eat in the world and have visited many times in each of my trips, am back in Kyoto and was so sad to see it’s now a new restaurant. They had the absolute best vegetarian ramen I’ve ever had and nothing has yet to come close to being as delicate yet full of flavour. I hope they come back one day and will never forget how delicious it was.
