Our walk & hike group was looking for ON shoes for sports and outdoor activities and we found this outlet within Hankyu Dept Store (level 9). The level of customer service, care and attention is superb. I learnt something new from the staff who was fitting shoes for my wife and myself. (1) wear the socks that we would be wearing for the shoes that we want to get. (2) take out the insole of the show and place our foot on it, making sure the heel is well aligned and within the insole edges and then give at least 1-1.5cm between the front big toe and the insole edge at the front. With this done, (3) put back the insole into the shoe and then slip the foot into the show, making sure the laces are all loosened and then tighten from the front lace to the end before tying. There should be sufficient wiggle room for all the toes and space between the big toes and the inner edge and internal lining of the shoe. With this method, we were able to pick up our shoes properly and confidently. Kudos to the sales staff for their excellent service, skills and patience with us.

非常に良いです。手配いただきました靴に履き替え、3週間ほど経ちました。歩く力が地面に真っ直ぐに伝わる感じがして、とても軽快に歩けます。お店の品揃えや設備も素晴らしいですが、店員さんのレベルがとても高いです。私の足の形がやや甲高幅広と、特殊なようですが、的確なサイズの選定や微調整の対応してくださり、過去にないレベルのフィット感を得られました。靴全体の相場から見ると安いお店では無いですが、価格以上の価値を感じています。おすすめです。

2ヶ月前に足の計測で伺いました。3Dの計測器で足を分析して、それを丁寧に解説していただき、自分の足はどんな感じなのかを知る事ができました★時間が限られてる中、測定→わかりやすい説明→そして、履いてきた靴の微調整までしていただき、大感謝です‼︎足と靴の事を熟知している義肢装具士さんが居るお店なので、信頼できます。今度はまた時間ある時に伺います★
靴👞のインナーを作りに行きました。少し高いと思いましたがオーダーなので仕方ありません!快適に歩ければありがたいと思います。
膝や足に故障があるので自分に合う靴を探してました。時間をかけ相談に乗ってもらい気に入った靴が見つかりました。
