シロギスのフライが楽しめるお店であることが魅力な場所です。
キスの天ぷらだけでなく、フライも人気なメニューです。
大将の能書きが少々気になるが、料理は最高だと評判です。

Nice local pension. The owner came to pick us up from the train station in Kii tanabe and take us to the market to buy some food (we didnt pay for the meals in the Pension). Nice staff. We slept there the day before the first day of Kumano Kodo. We could send our baggage from there until the last location of the Kumano Kodo. Bad thing: it is a bit far from kii tanabe, so you need to go there with a train. However the owner offered himself to take us back to the station of kii tanabe again
Facilities were a bit sparse (shared bath, no elevator, though the owner was very helpful in carrying the luggage up the stairs) but the owner was very nice and overall the room was quite comfortable. In addition to his native Japanese, the owner speaks a little English and Mandarin.

Excellent hostel. Sympathetic owner. Highly recommended

周辺のオススメ
シロギス（白鱚）は いわゆる「キスの天ぷら」に使われる魚で 日本人なら子どもの頃から何度も食していると思います 私は「キスの天ぷら」よりも「キスのフライ」のほうが好きです 釣り舟はもちろん 陸からも簡単に釣れるというので 一度釣ってみたいです。
