部屋と施設はよく整備されておらず、一般的に古いものです。あなたが難しい方法でそれをオフにしないと、水は私の部屋の蛇口から滴り続けます。京王線の最終停車駅は渋谷なので、駒場東大前駅から電車を始めると交通費が安くなります。あなたが行く場所が東京メトロとJR線しかない場合、同じ所有者の列車の移動による料金削減の恩恵を受けることはまずありません。駅の近くには小さな食料品店があり、コンビニエンスストアもありますが、100店はありません。良い店は渋谷にあり、帰りに買うことができます。しかし、安価なものが必要な場合は、2 km歩くか、電車代を248円捨てます。レンタル料はOKです。キャンパスが本郷にある場合は、旅行時間と同じかそれ以下でより安いアパートを借りることができます。ただし、このような契約には通常、少なくとも2年間の滞在が必要です。（原文）The room and facility is not in good condition, they are old in general. The water keeps dripping from the faucet in my room if you don't turn it off the hard way.The transportation fee is not good if you start your train from Komaba-Todaimae station as the final stop of Keio Line is Shibuya. It is unlikely that you will benefit from fee reduction due to train transfer of the same owner if the places you go to only have Tokyo Metro Subways and JR Lines.There is a small grocery store near the station, some convenience stores but no 100 shops. Good stores are in Shibuya, which you can buy on your way home. But if you need something cheap out of the blue, you either walk for 2 km or throw 248 yen away for the train fee.The rental fee is OK. In case your campus is in Hongo, it is possible for you to rent a cheaper apartment with the traveling time being the same or less. However, such contracts usually require you 2 years of stay commitment at least.

All the basic amenities are provided. Some of them are on a shared basis. The staff is nice, very helpful and can converse in English. Rooms are not that spacious but manageable. Your tenancy is for a period of 12 months only.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Well furnished common entertainment rooms and kitchen on all floors also provide ample opportunity to interact with the fellow residents.on-residents are usually not allowed to enter except for occasional community events held in the lodge where international students can interact with people from outside including the native Japanese.
