非常棒的住宿，有客廳空間、廚房、衛浴、寢室，物超所值；住宿地點離築地、銀座都是走路幾分鐘就到，在巷內沒什麼人車非常安靜。
綺麗、オシャレ、コスパ！ここは絶対人におすすめしたいホテルです！お部屋が２部屋、お風呂もトイレも広く新しく、電子レンジとドラム式洗濯機付き。このクオリティに対してお値段が安すぎてびっくりです。お部屋も下のラウンジもとても快適です。築地も歩いてすぐなので観光も満喫できます。
Stayed here for 5 nights. Amazing 24/7 front desk that is not listed online! I thought this place might be a bit weird as it doesn’t have many reviews. I truly just think people have no problems and don’t write reviews.This place is operated like a services apartment so minimal staff but great rooms and experience. The front desk is just for check in really. AMAZING room - Two large beds, great aircon, large high pressure shower and bath and separate toilet. Two great windows but not much of a view (which is so fine). Super spacious for Tokyo. Washing machine!!! New towels EVERYDAY and if you stay long enough also cleaning midway through out stay. Can not recommend enough!Location I already knew was just ok mainly because 5 -10 minute walk to a station depending on which one you are going to. The place is SO close to Tsukiji but a bit further to Ginza although we did the walk a few times. Thats the only thing to keep in mind although is nice staying in a suburban area in Tokyo.

Like a small studio apartment. Comfy enough, although bed needed to be thicker or have a sturdy mattress pad. Nice to have washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, sink, etc. Took a minute to figure out how to make the temp warmer and the shower water hotter but once I did was very comfy. HVAC noise was a bit loud but not distracting for sleep. Quiet side street. Front desk usually unstaffed but very responsive through email.

ホテルカッコいいし、部屋も広いので、値段リーズナブルに最高でした。
hotel was great and staff was nice and friendly. Very accommodating, beautiful rooms!|离筑地地铁站有5分钟步行路程，周围有便利店和吃东西的地方,闹中取静！|马桶盖是自动智能化TOTO牌。坐在上面都不想下来啦~哈哈哈。
Great experience, location of AirBnb was about 7 minutes away from train station. Not much to do near the hotel itself, but nearby Ginza area is packed with shopping and restaurants. Room was very easy to check in to, very clean, and much more spacious than the other AirBnb we were in Tokyo. Owner also had small things such as an iron and umbrellas to use that helped out the experience. Would recommend as owner was very responsive and location was very safe.

깨끗한데 더럽고 더러운데 깨끗해요. 보면 무슨 말인지 알아요. 흐린눈 하고 자면 돼요.ㅋㅎ가성비가 좋아서 대체로 만족합니다. 근처 호텔들 10대면 여긴 6대였어요.1층 엘리베이터 앞에 까만 서랍에 일회용품 있어서 알아서 꺼내 쓸 수 있어서 좋았고,화장실에 있는 세탁기가 세탁 건조기 일체형이라 개좋았어요 진짜 정말로 개굿위치도 개굿. 동네 조용하고 5분거리에 편의점, 마트있고 조금 더 나가면 꽤 큰 공원 있고 번화가 가깝고다음에 와도 또 묵을 의향 있는데 숙소 청소만...조금 신경 써주셨으면 합니닷ㅎ
