SRS KINSHICHOの特徴
お部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機能があり、洗濯が便利に行えます。
近くに24時間営業のコンビニがあり、お買い物には困りません。
錦糸町駅から徒歩6〜7分と交通の便も非常に良好です。
地點方便，錦系町車站往成田機場與各大景點都有巴士直達採買方便房間乾淨，垃圾滿了可以很方便的拿去樓下收集桶丟。
屋內有洗衣機、有廚房、有微波爐，離錦糸町車站蠻近的，真的很適合有小朋友的家庭住。緊鄰淺草、晴空塔有機場巴士直達車站，還有巴士直達迪士尼。周圍有阿卡醬、西松屋、petit main 、Breeze（路程都不到10分鐘），車站對面有家24小時超市，還有一個大公園有溜滑梯，櫻花季可以來賞櫻。去橫濱麵包超人博物館、鎌倉JR直達不需轉乘，然後到山手線那條很近，離東京車站也不遠，買完伴手禮直接搭計程車不需要人擠人回家。
在這裡住的非常開心，離錦系町車站近（總武線可直達成田機場，但沒座位需自行斟酌），附近有24小時超商，2月來的時候很冷，房間的暖氣好溫暖，連浴室也有暖氣+乾衣功能，有洗衣機，洗好晾在浴室（設定2小時）後關門，隔天就乾了，非常方便。還有廚房、廚具、碗盤和微波爐，去超市買牛奶，隔天加熱溫溫喝，太幸福了。毛巾只有一組，用完記得要晾乾。住4天，垃圾可以自行拿去1樓倒，非常方便。很滿意的住宿體驗，有來東京會再選擇這間。
Lovely spot. Around 500m to kinshicho station which is connected directly to tokyo station and shinjuku etc amongst others with transfers. There are 2 lawsons, a family mart and a 7 eleven (this one is about 100m away) within 5 minutes walk. Washing machine and drying fan allow easy laundry and the two beds were very handy.. Decent value..would recommend.
Rooms are clean, washing machine and detergent included, shampoo conditioner and body wash provided. Clothes dryer built into bathroom, very efficient. Has a descent size fridge with freezer. Has a stove and bowls cups plates and skillet included as well as microwave. No staff members present, self check in and out. Bed is hard and child bed is pull out on the floor. It is loud through the night, sirens and you can hear everyone outside talking ect. Room is descent size for three people.
我是臺灣的旅客，在這家飯店住了三個晚上這是一家自助check in的飯店，沒有櫃檯我是使用訂房網站預訂，飯店會提前寄送一樓門禁、房間門鎖的密碼，抵達後自行依照步驟輸入即可整個流程沒有太大問題房間內有簡易的廚房，一樓有空間可供行李寄放整體來說是一家性價比很高的飯店。
Exceptional Stay in Tokyo – Highly RecommendedWe had a fantastic experience staying here. The location is unbeatable—just a 6–7 minute walk from the station, and even an S-Ride taxi only costs the base fare of ¥500. Food options, convenience stores, and even a supermarket are all within easy reach. You won’t need to search far for anything.Check-in and check-out were seamless. After uploading our passport, we received all the necessary details: access code, room key password, and Wi-Fi info. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.The room itself was spotless and surprisingly spacious for three people. It featured one full-size bed and a sofa bed, both made up with fresh white linens and blankets. Amenities were generous—plenty of clean white towels and thoughtful extras.One delightful surprise was the in-room washing machine, complete with detergent. Clothes could be dried in the bathroom while we were out exploring, which was incredibly convenient.We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and value.
Didn’t realise it’s a Airbnb with no reception. It’s fine except initially was difficult to work on panel to enter front glass door and the heat was there as there is no air conditioner on the front lobby entrance. Would be nice if coffee/ tea provided. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay as it’s equipped with kitchen/ washer and hot tub
很不錯的室內環境與空間設計，唯一缺點應該是電視有點小台，不過來旅遊不會一直看電視，並不影響居住爽度。 在東京市區這樣的房型，真的超大，而且附近逛街和百貨公司也不少，未來有機會會再選擇這間。

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively but still comfortable — perfect for a relaxed dinner that feels a little special.The highlight is definitely cooking at the table. There’s something so fun about grilling your own meat exactly how you like it. The quality was excellent — tender, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every bite tasted fresh, and the variety of cuts and sides meant there was something for everyone.The staff were attentive and helpful without hovering, and everything came out quickly. Even when it got busy, the service stayed smooth and friendly.If you’re in the Kinshicho area and feel like an interactive, delicious meal, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Great food, great vibe, and a memorable experience overall.Would happily go back again.
