Really nice classic Japanese room. I couldn't get breakfast though.The neighborhood is pretty calm and nice to walk, there's a train station 400m away. Very clean and the owner is prone to help.
I stayed here 5 nights and it was comfortable and super clean. There is a flight of stairs to the rooms, but the owner brought my luggage up on a mini lift. The owners speak English and are really kind and helpful. They even loaned me an umbrella when it was raining.The price is a bit lower than some ryokan because they don't offer any meal service, but there is a convenience store right across the street which has food galore, as well as many small restaurants and bars on the way to the station.I would absolutely stay here again. ♥
Stayed only one night here due to miscalculations of length of stay with other accoms. |To start with, the area is slightly misleading. We thought it’s only someone’s house! The front garden was lovely and well looked after. The receptionist was very helpful and most importantly speaks English.|The reception area has enough space. Have to remove your shoes prior to coming in to the wooden floors. Very Japanese cultures that we also love.|The room provided was spacious and so incredibly Japanese in style and feel. The tatami covered floors, the beds, lamps and tea table. The room’s toilet and bathroom was very clean and with basic amenities provided.|We highly recommend this one!
We just arrived here and I am very happy that I found this place! 🌸The owner is such a sweet and welcoming person. He took all our luggage and backpacks into the room, which was really thoughtful.☺️💗This place is so beautiful, clean and the futon is very comfortable. We have a bathroom with a tub and a separate toilet in a different room.I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Japan on a budget~ It's family owned and close to a train station and a 7-eleven. \(^u^)/Everything works well and I really like the air conditioning. The tea set is cute. We also have a fridge, TV and kettle and wardrobe. This place is very easy to find if you follow google maps on your phone.
近くに内視鏡手術で日本一知られている岩井整形外科内科病院があるので利用。遠路からなので近くの宿泊施設は助かります。部屋は綺麗です👍

This was an amazing experience! The ryokan was beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. The futon beds were very comfortable to sleep on, and the rooms were well sized and heated. We arrived expecting a shared bathroom, but they are actually private bathrooms. We also had Japanese breakfast served for us, which was amazing. This place felt like home and I already want to go back! The only downside is the location, which is a little out of the way for those wanting to visit central or eastern Tokyo. However, we loved the Koiwa station area, and it was easy enough to get to Asakasa, Akasaka, Ueno, and Tsukiji.

周辺のオススメ
旅館在方便性與日本傳統古風間達到平衡我是獨旅，但住的房間空間可以開兩到三個行李箱還有地方睡覺吃零食榻榻米地板，有電視有冰箱，廁所 浴室分開，也有小電梯送行李上樓，旅館對面就是7-11，附近也有lawson 全家，5分鐘路程往秋葉原的電車從旅館出門到抵達約20分鐘多老闆懂一點英文，人也非常好有天出門想說門口怎麼放一支雨傘，結果他聽到我的聲音還衝出來說今天預報會下雨，那支傘是準備給我的即便不是在東京的核心市區內，但他依然有極高的方便性、高CP值，略為開發的小鎮還是能感受到人們純樸與商店街的便利說簡單一點，只要來東京玩我絕對會再來。
