All-you-can-eat dinner with salad, gyoza, teriyaki chicken, and a pancake and ice cream dessert. The food was fantastic! It's a popular choice among airline crews, and the American ’80s music in the background adds a fun touch. They open at 5 p.m. and seating is limited, so it’s best to go early. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. I highly recommend this place—I absolutely loved it!

Excellentissime restaurant. Les plats sont méga ultra généreux et sont simplement sublimes en bouches. Je vous le recommande a 1000% . Allez y les yeux fermés. Il se trouve au 1 et étage. Vous serez accueilli chaleureusement par deux cuisiniers or pairs. Ils sont bienveillant et très très professionnels. Un énorme merci à eux deux .

日本人を入れたがらない…と高い評価につられて行ってきました。理由が分かりました。私以外は日本人おらず、メニューは英語（難しくは無い）のみ。一人ではなかなかさばけない大量のサラダ、チキン、しっかり目の餃子8個。不安があったのでソフトドリンクセット（ミネラルウォーター）で、チビチビ水を飲んでも、🍟を数本残してギブアップ。パンケーキとアイスは見ずに帰りました。それぞれ美味しいですが、大食漢でないとちょいと困る量です。あー腹パン。写真の皿は22-23センチあります。

Really small place but well worth it. Meal includes a drink, salad, gyoza, teriyaki chicken and a pancake with ice cream for dessert. It is all you can eat but no one can really eat all this so I suggest you skip the pancake and order more Gyoza or Teriyaki. My personal favourite is the Gyoza because the Teriyaki chicken is a bit too sweet for my taste.

I'm doubting on making this post. Why? Because I want to keep this place for few of us.I would say that is a typical Japanese place where the essence is intact.The menu is simple but the food, omg is impossible to describe. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and the salada dressing it's simply stunning.I didn't make ot to the pancake but I will definitely come back for them.Hardly recommended!

Staff was amazing! Parking may be difficult, we found a paid lot across the light intersection. Walk up normal stairs. They took credit card . Food was amazing! It is fixed price for “unlimited” not sure if you can keep asking for more food, but the portions they gave us filled us up so we never asked for more. Would definitely come back here with friends!

During my first visit to spiral staircase many years ago, I recall having eaten way too much. Last night, fortunately, that did not change. Spiral staircase is a favorite with international flight crews for a reason. The food is delicious, the service is exceptional, and the price is definitely right!I love the menu. Small medium or large. This evening I decided to go with the medium serving along with an Asahi beer. OK, maybe I should have opted for the small serving, but every bite was delicious. The standard dinner starts with a rather large salad. While you are enjoying your salad, an order of Gyoza makes its way to your table. Perfect. Next in line is teriyaki chicken and fries. The teriyaki chicken was consumed in short order. I took my time with the fries, enjoying dipping them in the teriyaki sauce. Finally, as if I could stomach another bite, I was asked if I wanted my pancake and ice cream. Yep, I said yes. Ha ha.All in all, it was an excellent evening. If you decide to make your way to spiral staircase, I recommend arriving just as the restaurant opens at five. Seating is limited. Rush hour appears to be between 5:30-7:00. Definitely bring a good appetite!

Food is delicious for an all you can eat Gyoza and some chicken and salad and you order what size drink you prefer. We dined in with a group of 3 pax and you basically share tables with anyone who’s already inside the restaurant because the place is small. Most customers are friendly. You start off with your drink and preferred size of drink and then a Salad, then Gyoza and Chicken then Dessert!! All dishes were so good! I would definitely would go back again. We also tried to finish all our food in respect to the owners as it is a small business and they work hard. Price is affordable and reasonable for this all you can eat. If you happen to finish all of them and still hungry before dessert they will cook you more! Additionally their dessert (pancakes) is amazing 🤩

Although the restaurant hasn't been at the actual spiral staircase since the summer of 2015, the owners are shrewd marketers and know many airline crews refer to it by its informal name. There is a "Spiral Staircase" sign outside the decidedly non-spiral staircase.Inside you'll find unlimited salad, gyoza, chicken, noodles and fries. For dessert they offer pancakes and a scoop of ice cream. The meal with a (very) large beer is 2200 yen. The other sizes and different drinks (soda, wine, mixed drinks) are close in price.Be prepared for a wait, especially if you take the fabled 5 o'clock bus to get here. Hint: everyone else at every other airline has the same idea!
