居酒屋の雰囲気が和やかで心地よかったです。
地元の方が集まる居酒屋さん女将さんがそれはそれは忙しそうに1人で切り盛りされていた。しかし、愛想も良く、とても親切な方。地元の方も気軽に声をかけてくださり、おすすめのメニューや地元のお土産などを教えてくださった。もともとお肉屋さんをされていたそうで、お肉の扱いが上手だと常連さんが言っていた。ここの鶏皮はパリパリでおいしく、地元の方のおすすめでした。
A cozy izakaya is popular with locals.I visited alone but felt like I was among old friends, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.The owner personally cooks and runs the place, so reservations are only accepted by phone—not online.I was lucky enough to be seated at the counter when I mentioned I was alone, and with the help of a friendly local named Kubo-san(くぼ), I got to slowly enjoy Japanese shochu (barley, sweet potato, and rice, of course after stated with NAMA BIRU).The food was simple but full of care, with dishes like sashimi, tamagoyaki, and yakitori that really hit the spot.The atmosphere was truly memorable.There were regulars who seemed to know each other very well (they even knew the names of single customers), and even though I was a stranger, they made me feel at home.After drinking a variety of Japanese shochu, one gentleman from the other party noticed I had been drinking quite a bit and kindly offered me umeboshi onigiri and miso soup—a perfect way to wrap up the drinking session.When my phone battery died, a kind woman from Osaka, who lives with a Shiba Inu (sorry, I cannot remember your name, my lifesaver!!), went out of her way to fetch a portable charger for me. This allowed me to recharge and make it back to my ryokan. It was a perfect evening spent with good food and good people.This experience was all thanks to the owner's delicious food and the friendly, family-like atmosphere.I will always remember this dinner during my stay in Ureshino and will definitely return.P.S.As a restaurant owner myself, I understand how difficult it is to run a small business. Please understand the owner's situation—she had to turn away many groups of customers that night because she could not handle them all at once. I believe her decision to prioritize the quality of her delicious food over making more money by taking in many customers shows her dedication.P.S.2 검은 머리 외국인은 저로써는 여전히 이해할 수 없는 한국 손님들이 그날 밤에도 좀 계셨었어요. 워크인 손님들은 입장전에 앉을 수있는지 주인에게 묻고(비록 앉을 자리가 있어 보이더라도, 가게의 바쁨정도나, 이후의 예약 시간 때문에) , 안내를 받아야 하는것이 정상인데.많은 손님이 입장하지 못한 이날에도, 한국인 손님일행이 문열고 바로 빈자리에 가서 앉아버리더라구요. 전 예약이 완료라도 된 분들인줄 알았는데, 손님들이 나간후에 그냥 워크인이 자리로 말도 없이 앉고 주문하고 먹고 나간거였어요. 그냥...여전히 이런 😅 🤦 왜 이러는걸까요...
숙소가 바로옆 사라야마여서 가게 됬다.닭날개튀김,닭튀김,계란말이,생선카스,감자튀김,연어주먹밥,다시마주먹밥,하이볼,생맥주,사케등을 먹었다.모두 다 맛있었다.즐거운 시간이었다.모두해서 8천엔이었다.이쪽에 머물게된다면 멀리가지말고 여기서 즐기라고 권한다.
ずーっと気になってたけど、営業してるのか分からんくてやっと行けた!メニューの値段設定も高すぎず、頼んだものは全部美味しかった!オススメメニューも値段表示して貰えると頼みやすいかな?って感じた。女性の方が1人でされてたけど、そこそこ提供も早くてよかった!カウンター席は常連さんでとても賑わってました笑。
작고 정겨운 동네 이자카야 였습니다.가장 인상깊었던 점은 굉장히 깨끗하게 잘 관리가 되어 있다는 점이었고, 일본의 작은 이자카야임에도 금연이어서 쾌적한 느낌을 받을 수 있었습니다.계란말이, 샐러드, 테바사키(닭날개) 를 먹었는데, 어디가서 먹지 못할 훌륭한 맛이라고 하기엔 어렵겠지만 충분히 맛있는 음식 이었습니다. 특히 테바사키는 짭쪼름한게 배가 부른 상태가 아니었다면 밥과 함께 먹고 싶었습니다.다음에 또 우레시노에 방문한다면 이 작고 정겨운 이자카야에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
在每一次的日本之旅中,總是會探索一些街邊的小店。這次在進入這間店感覺到老闆對日文不太好的外國人是友善的,且烹調的食物也相當美味,我們點了一些烤串,唐揚雞,手羽先,還有餃子,每一樣都在水準之上。真的太好吃了。

周辺のオススメ
料理は安い豚串130円おにぎりなんかはコンビニより安い150円味も美味しいママさんの気遣いも良く、いいタイミングでお客さんに話しかけて孤立しないようにしてくれますまた来たいですね。
