Good and clean
I live here for a month. This is actually weekly apartment for the one who temporarily work or take internship around Japan research institutes such as NIMS or JAXA. Several rooms are managed by hosodakousan company and the other one (I forget its name). For me, it is worthy enough for student or a married couple.
2024年春から住んでおります。ゴキブリ🪳がいるとコメントがありますが、部屋では1度も遭遇しておりません。非常に快適です。
