福光体育館の特徴
フリーウエイトの設備が大変充実しており、トレーニング向きです。
公立体育館では考えられない充実したトレーニングルームが特徴です。
南砺市福光にて、スポーツに最適な環境が整っています。
フリーウエイトも充実。年会費も超安価。
2階が体育館で、上が走路になっています。1階は、トレーニングジム・卓球室・柔道場があります。日中、夜に色々な運動系教室を開催しています。
ウインターカップの会場にいつもなっているので、わかり易く広い体育館です。1Fが事務所とトレーニングジム的な場所と更衣室トイレが有り、2Fが体育館で、3Fは、ランニング出来るかなり広いスペースが有り体育館で行われる競技の観戦が出来ます。
Há bons equipamentos, local limpo e organizado. Pessoal da recepção são educados e pacientes.Ótimo local para fazer exercícios físicos em Fukumitsu, além do valor ser bem acessível.
コロナ禍ということもあり、仕方ないのですが現在シャワールームが使えません。運動する方は、汗をかかない程度にした方が良いです。
トレーニングルームの設備が公立体育館としては充実しています。

周辺のオススメ
Been a member here for around 2-3 months. It's a decent gym with a ton of equipment. I just hope they would add a Smith machine and a cable machine instead of having three bench press setups lol, and the only cable exercise is the lat pulldown machine. But the price is so low! You get a locker room, showers, and you can even use the arena with just one membership,and if you want to join the membeship, but you can't speak or read Japanese, just show your ID and they'll fill out the paper for you. Overall, it was a good gym, and I really hope to get back there soon! 🙌
