Worst worst WORST customer service experience. Tuesday, March 18th around 2000, we enter B-GARAGE. No one is behind the counter to sign us up for the dart machine for about 5 minutes. A gentleman whose playing darts wearing a suit, is staring at us standing at the counter. It turns out he works there, and provides no support in registering us to play and says nothing. A short gentleman in a suit enters and he goes behind the counter. This establishment charges you to play darts, and also you need to purchase a drink. He also informed us that we will be charged extra if you don't add B-GARAGE on the LINE application. Already off to a really bad start with this business. We play darts, and we finish. Both employees provide us no detail whether or not we pay at the bar or the front desk.To the two employees working that night. You both are negligent and do not deserve to be employed at this establishment. The only good thing was that the dart machines played well. Therefore, 2 stars.
