We ordered hotpot delivery to our hotel. The Hokkaido milk🐄 fish🐟 soup base was flavourful and comforting, which went along side nicely with A4 wagyu and iberico pork. The drunken chicken was so good it made me better at kung fu. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great hotpot experience in Niseko, especially with the convenience of hotel delivery. Thank you again to Alex and the whole team!
Food is quite excellent here, loved the HK style hotpot, sashimi was also very fresh & good. Portion wise might be a bit tiny for Americans, but can always order extra portion of meats etc. Service wise we had a very helpful and cheerful Taiwanese staff assisted us. Atmosphere wise is cozy. Price wise is quite pricey but the food is quite excellent.
Really fresh sashimi love it!! Especially the yummy scallops! My fav! The beef n pork for hotpot is divine!! Cook them maybe slightly more than stated on e little cards😉. We had both special chicken and fish milk soups. Both great choice! Price point isn't the cheapest but it worth it! Enjoy!

中国風の鍋。予約の際や接客では日本語を喋れる人いませんでした。見る感じキッチンはほぼ日本人でしたが。スープは3種類から選べます。辛いスープは山椒かな？がかなり効いていて辛かったです！！値段がかなり高かったです、、1人¥20000はします。

17:30來很幸運有位子能入坐。麻辣和牛奶的火鍋湯底非常美味，食材很新鮮，對得起價位，服務親切，是很適合和家人與朋友聚餐的地方❤️We walked in without a reservation at 5:30 pm and were fortunate to get a table.Both the mala and milk broths were rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were impressively fresh. The quality truly justifies the price. The service was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended for gatherings with family and friends.
