Les valises sont d'excellentes qualités car elles sont fabriquées au Japon. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Je suis reparti avec une petite grue en papier. Le symbole de paix d'Hiroshima ❤️The suitcases are excellent quality because they're made in Japan. The staff are incredibly kind. I left with a small paper crane, the symbol of peace from Hiroshima ❤️
Nicest shop owner ever ! We got a nice bag for a good price, we even got a little discount! Highly recommend.
My husband and I were able to purchase a large Champion duffel bag for our souvenirs for about $35 USD which was more than fair! The owner is very sweet and friendly and appears to take cash, card, and digital payment like Suica and Pasmo. Definitely recommend this store!
Purchased a duffle bag at a very fair price with the sweetest and most polite lady. Her card machine was not working so I had to go to an ATM (2 minutes walk) and she was so happy when I had come back to her store for my bag, offered a little discount as a thank you and we shared wishes to each other in our respective languages.She is very friendly to foreigners and out of the 10 stores we searched, she had one of the best selection!Thank you :)
出先でキャリーが壊れたので急遽通りすがったこのお店に入りました。店の方の人もよく、閉店間際に駆け込んだのに丁寧に相談に乗って頂けました。買ったものの質も良く、本当にありがとうございました。

In desperate need of a replacement suitcase I searched all over Hiroshima.This was my last stop and I will save you the time it should have been my first.I encountered a very kind, knowledgeable gentleman & his wife. He took special care & provided me with a high quality suitcase at a more than reasonable price.As I found out through their website - multigenerational.
