The website wasn’t working for me so I stopped by the afternoon before I was planning on doing Shimanami Kaido and the owner set me up with a bike then. I tried out two different bike sizes and then he adjusted the fit. He also gave some route advice. I came back the next morning at 7am to pick up the bike and begin my ride. Great bike with disc brakes 😍 Price was ¥3000 for the day and also included a helmet.
Epic customer service, new bikes and a little of the beaten track but well worth it to avoid queues.
高圧洗浄での本格的洗浄を頼めるお店。尾道近辺で、ロードバイク洗浄を頼めるお店は少なく大変助かった。出来上がったバイクは、まるで新車。冬でも対応してくれるので大変助かった。
Went with friends today and we were very happy with the service, the bikes ( very easy to ride !) and thegood advices from the owner !I would highly recommend if you come to Onomichi !

シクロエクスプレスでの本体と梱包箱の輸送でお世話になりました。一見普通の民家風建物で、小路に入り曲がって写真のプレート看板が目印。建物入り口内の玄関スペースで梱包や組み立てができます。工具充実していますし、梱包用備品も無料で利用できました。梱包を解いたときのテープゴミを引き取ってもらえたのもありがたい。オーナーさんも人柄の良い方で、気持ち良いサイクリングのスタートとなりました。
自転車がとても乗りやすくストレスなく尾道観光ができました！店員さんも丁寧な対応でよかったです！
11月はじめに利用しました。とても良いサービスです！尾道駅からは少し歩くのでバスで行くと良いと思います。

We rented two bicycles here in Onomichi. The bikes themselves worked very well, so no complaints on that part.However, the pricing felt unclear and concerning. We were charged 4,000 yen per person, while the official map from the Onomichi port terminal lists a recommended price of 2,000 yen per person per day. They only accept cash and did not provide any receipt, which makes the situation feel quite suspicious.For this reason, I’m giving 2 stars.尾道で自転車を2台レンタルしました。自転車自体の状態はとても良く、その点については問題ありません。しかし、料金体系が不明確で不安を感じました。1人あたり4,000円を請求されましたが、尾道の港ターミナルで配布されている公式マップでは、1日1人あたり2,000円が目安と記載されています。また、支払いは現金のみで、領収書も発行されませんでした。この点は非常に不審に感じます。そのため、評価は★2とさせていただきます。
