四万温泉のオシャレスポット日向見地区にあるステーキハウスです。ホテル 叶KANOUYA四万温泉内にあります。四万川の清流を見渡せるロケーション骨付き上州牛が食べられるのは県内でもジェーズキャニオンさんだけ！とても楽しみですね☆◆Antelope アンテロープ 19,800円（税込）・アミューズ・生ハムのグリーンサラダ・ブロッコリーのスープ・群馬県産小麦のパン 3種・茸と野菜のオーブン焼き・上州牛ポーターハウスステーキ（サーロイン＆ヒレ）・デザート・カフェ◆ワイン・コート・デュ・ローヌ ヴィラージュ シニャルグ 2022・サヴォワ ピノ ノワール キュヴェ ガストロノミー 2023群馬県産の食材に拘った内容アミューズは吾妻郡内「あづま養魚場」のギンヒカリのマリネポーターハウスステーキはTボーンの中でもヒレ肉の多い希少部位迫力満点のTボーンステーキは2人前で提供されます。焼き加減はレア、上州牛の濃厚な旨みを蓄えおり超絶旨かったです☆バルサミコとオニオンの2種類のソースが用意され味変も楽しいです。ヒレとサーロインを同時に愉しむ贅沢もう赤ワインが止まりませんでした（笑）叶KANOUYA宿泊者はもちろん、レストランだけも利用可能肩肘張らずに楽しめるのがよきです☆

Everything besides soup & dessert was delicious!!Especially with the dessert since I saw reference photos being pudding but I got a dry chocolate cake with a slide of orange on the side… I didn’t even want to take a photo because it was sad.The steak chef was great you can tell he really put his heart into making the T-bone, it is joshu wagyu so it was very fatty and heavy by the 3rd piece but it was super delicious.Note to anyone with allergies: they seem to forget/not keep in mind with food allergies which is kind of bizarre for a restaurant. The staff were all friendly and tries their best but you can tell some of them don’t have hospitality experience.Loved the experience overall - definitely have dinner here if you’re staying. But don’t expect fine dining standard.
