I am a foreigner and stumbled across this gem while in Osaka. The owner was absolutely very kind and humble. She is very social with her customers and engages in conversations even when there is a language barrier. The regulars at the bar were nice to me and welcomed me to Japan.I had an awesome experience here and will definitely come back when I return to Osaka.
