Der Standort und der Preis sind eigentlich ein großer Pluspunkt!Leider war unser Zimmer nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Badezimmer war teilweise dreckig (Boden und Badewanne) und der Geruch war sehr unangenehm.Zudem war die Klimaanlage sehr laut; es gab aber immerhin Ohrenstöpsel.Das Licht am Waschbecken, das außerhalb des Badezimmers war (zum Glück, wegen des Geruchs im Bad), war kaputt. Man musste sich also teilweise im Dunkeln fertig machen.Service gibt es nicht im normalen Sinne, aber das war nicht schlimm. Die Handtücher wurden täglich ausgetauscht, wir bekamen aber am letzten Tag ein Badetuch mit braunen Flecken...Ich gebe fairerweise 3 Sterne, da die Lage (Dotonbori) und der Preis das Erlebnis aufwerten. Aber nochmals würde ich dort nicht buchen.

ホテルに入った瞬間、まるでアートギャラリーに来たかのような感覚になりました。普通のホテルというより、一つの「芸術の殿堂」 という表現がぴったりだと思います。ロビーに飾られている可愛いぬいぐるみたちに思わず心が癒されました。最初、入口に並んでいる傘の意味が分からなかったのですが、雨の日にその意図が分かり、とても感動しました。その場にスタッフさんがいなくても、人への思いやりがしっかり感じられるホテルです。セルフ式でも不便を感じることは全くなく、むしろ気楽で快適に過ごせました。デザイン、雰囲気、サービス、すべてにおいて印象深く、次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。素敵な滞在をありがとうございました！
とても便利な場所にあります。セルフチェックインでスムーズに入室でき、スタッフの対応も丁寧で安心できました。お部屋はとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました。必要な設備が一通り揃っていて、自分のペースで利用できるのも良かったです。エレベーターがあり、荷物が多くても便利でした。価格以上の満足感がある。
大阪旅行で利用しましたが、とても良い宿でした。まず立地が最高で、駅から近く観光にも移動にも便利です。周辺も静かで安心して過ごせました。室内は清潔で広く、設備も整っていて快適でした。セルフチェックインや各種セルフ設備があり、スタッフと直接会う必要がないので、とても気楽に利用できました。実は、ホテルで常に誰かに見られているような雰囲気が苦手なのですが、ここは程よい距離感で、本当に過ごしやすかったです。さらに、エレベーターがあるので荷物が多くても安心でした。水圧に関するレビューがあり少し心配していましたが、実際は問題なく、むしろ水圧も温度も安定して快適に利用できました。改善されていることがよく分かります。値段以上の満足度で、また大阪に来る際は必ず利用したいです。友人にも自信を持っておすすめできる宿です。
今回の宿泊はとても満足のいくものでした。ホテルの立地が良く、最寄り駅から近い上に、周辺には飲食店やコンビニも多く、観光にもビジネスにも大変便利な場所です。お部屋はこの価格帯とは思えないほど広く、清潔感があり、明るくて快適でした。ベッドも寝心地が良く、設備も整っていて、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。スタッフの対応もとても丁寧で、連絡も迅速に返していただき、安心して滞在することができました。チェックインもスムーズで、初めての大阪でも迷うことなく利用できました。以前、水圧に関する口コミを見て少し心配していましたが、実際に利用してみると全く問題ありませんでした。水圧は十分で、お湯もしっかり出るため、快適にシャワーを浴びることができました。恐らく施設改善のためオーナー様が迅速に対応されたのだと思います。ご対応に感謝いたします。総合的に、立地・サービス・清潔さ・広さのすべてにおいて大満足で、コストパフォーマンスがとても高い宿です。大阪に来る際にはぜひまた利用したいと思います。おすすめの宿です！
I think this hotel offers exceptional value for money. It’s incredibly well-located — just a two-minute walk from Dotonbori Street — so you’re right in the heart of the action, but somehow still in a quiet enough area to sleep peacefully. It’s convenient, safe, and comfortable, which is everything you could want for a stay in Osaka.Getting there:If you’re arriving from the airport, skip Namba Station and take the airport limousine directly to Doton Plaza — it’s right around the corner from the hotel and saves you quite a bit of walking.Check-in experience:The hotel has no front desk or on-site staff. Everything is contactless. You receive your room code by email before check-in, and that code unlocks your room. It’s efficient, though slightly confusing at first since there’s no one to ask for help in person. We arrived before check-in time (our fault!) and found our room door could be opened even though it hadn’t yet been cleaned — so just something to note.Because there’s no reception, luggage storage is a bit of a grey area. A cleaner kindly told us we could leave our bags in a storage room near the entrance, but it isn’t secured or locked. Anyone who walks in could, technically, access it. Thankfully, there are CCTV cameras, and we had no issues — everything was safe when we returned.Room and facilities:We booked a triple room for two people, and it was very spacious by Japanese standards. Modern, sleek, and spotless — clearly newly renovated. There’s a mini fridge, mirror, and plenty of charging sockets. Lighting is excellent, with soft cove lighting under the bed (which is hollow underneath, so we did spot a stray sock from a previous guest — no big deal).There’s no wardrobe, only a small stand for hanging clothes, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. The layout of the bathroom is great: a sink outside, a separate toilet, and a separate bath/shower. The toilet is a Toto bidet (spotless and comfortable), and the bathtub is nice and clean.The only downside was the shower — very low water pressure, and it runs on a timer. You have to press a button repeatedly to keep the water going. Not the end of the world, but definitely something to get used to.We did notice a faint smell coming from the bathroom vent. After a bit of trial and error, we confirmed it was coming from the vent itself rather than the toilet or drain. We picked up a cheap air deodorizer from Daiso, which fixed it easily enough. It’s minor, but hopefully the hotel can check the ventilation system in future.Housekeeping:There’s no daily cleaning service during your stay — not even once over our seven days. It’s a fully self-service model. Each floor has an amenity corner where you can help yourself to fresh towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. You also bag your own used towels and leave them at your door for collection. Similarly, you replace your own bin liners when full. It’s not luxurious, but it works fine for independent travellers.Comfort:The beds deserve a special mention — easily the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel at this price point. I slept incredibly well every night. It would’ve been nice to have an extra pillow or two, but that’s nitpicking.Other notes:We stayed on the third floor and had no issues, but note that there’s no elevator to the fourth floor, so if you’re assigned a room up there, be ready to climb a flight.Convenience stores are nearby — both FamilyMart and Lawson are right around the corner.Overall:For the price, this hotel is honestly a gem. It’s modern, clean, comfortable, and in a prime location, with only a few quirks (self-service model, shower pressure, and luggage storage). The pros far outweigh the cons. If you want to stay near Dotonbori without paying a premium, this is an excellent choice.

道頓堀から数分。ちょっと入口が分かりにくいですが、風呂が広くてトイレ別。お値段お安くて有り難いです。
