Food tasted good but was overpriced, atmosphere was good as you could enjoy the river view and breeze, service was good and no problems were encountered.
Only went for drinks sitting outside. Prices were reasonable for location and clearly shown on boards outside.Top spot next to the canal.Friendly attentive staff when we have been.
Wow, I'm not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from or what some of them are talking about?My experience was incredibly different. First off, they have a menu WITH PRICING at their booth. Is it a little more expensive than a shop that's not on the water? Yes, but you're in a tourist area, and you're right next to the water. The food overall was ok, the wagyu was really good! Oh and I don't speak their language, but still got served in the order that we sat down. So these claims are ridiculous!The staff was not rude and we were able to pay with our card. They did not give us any attitude for asking to pay by card, and we got our receipt without asking for it.The only complaints I have are: They should remove the corn dog sign, change their google name, and drop the price for some items to be competitive. Other than that, they don't deserve some of those negative reviews at all.
Osaka Cheese Dog is located in a prime spot right next to the Ebisubashi Bridge in Dotonbori, making it very convenient for tourists. However, the experience left much to be desired.First, the menu isn’t visible, so you only find out the prices after you order, which can be frustrating. The staff were not very friendly, and we had to argue with them to accept payment by card, as they insisted on cash. This felt sketchy and made us question whether we were being scammed. On top of that, there’s no guarantee you’ll receive everything you order, which added to the discomfort.The food itself was fine, but the overall experience with the staff overshadowed it. While the location is excellent, I’d recommend being cautious if you decide to stop by.

I sat and then saw reviews and got worried.The truth is that we had an amazing time. Very friendly stuff, all prices shown, no problem for payment, selection, waiting, cleaning.Beer and beer glasses were cold, barbecue was correctly cooked, atmosphere was extraordinary. I don't have anything negative to say or to give less than 5 stars.
