ママが1人でされている、こじんまりしたお店です。外国人観光客が多い様ですが、地元の方にとても愛されているお店です。一度会うと、絶対ファンになります！ママは面白くて頭の回転がキレッキレで明石家さんまさんの女版ですww 1人でも入りやすいお店なので電車に乗ってまで通っています。人格者のようなママのファンより💞
閉店ギリギリに伺いましたが、とても楽しかったです！！ママはとても気さくで本当に楽しい時間をありがとうございました！つきだしのポテトサラダも美味しく、世界各国からお客さんが来ているのも納得です！また来ます！ありがとうございましたー！

Mama prepares all the dishes on the spot. There is no menu and the dishes are a “surprise”, Mama asks whether you like the main ingredient before cooking. All dishes were incredibly tasty; the star of the night were the mini gyozas that Mama prepares herself every day. She was a great hostess, very eager to communicate and make us feel comfortable, she was also interested in learning new words in Spanish. We found this place by chance but hope it gets more popular so more people get to know it.
So glad that we found this amazing spot!Mama made us several dishes that all had a unique taste, loved it!Highly recommend as this is a unique and great experience in Nara Japan. This place is also not expensive at all!Note that the quality of the food was way better than my photos on my phone haha
An absolute hidden gem! After a long day hiking in Nara park we randomly went into Petit R, and were immediately treated to an amazing meal by Mama Hidemi. No menu at all-- She only asked if we had any dietary restrictions, and from then onwards she would only ask if we were still hungry after each dish, until we were satisfied.Expect a variety of dishes, all of which will be great. The owner is also funny and entertaining, even though we communicated a lot through Google translate. This is a must-go authentic experience if you visit Nara.-Also, don't miss the homemade plum wine!
