Arashi was amazing!!! The best customer service ever!!! They had exactly what I needed and he was so kind and generous. He was knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use me oil properly. As soon as I walked in the shop the smell was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Arashi
Herbal Houseさんはハーブの香りに満たされる空間で、一歩入るだけで心の落ち着き・癒しを感じる別世界の場所です。お手入れはもちろん、鷹井さん親子とお話させて頂く時間も至福の時と感じています。HerbalHouseさん手作りの石鹸や化粧品を使うと、無添加の物が持つ魔法のような素晴らしい力を感じることができます。世の中の大量生産の商品も時に必要で否定はできませんが、特に身体に摂り入れる食品や肌につける物など…自然にこだわる大切さに気付かせてもらいました。この感動を多くの方に味わってもらいたいです🍀

I will forever appreciate the kindness i got from Arashi and his father here. I went in to ask about a stone root herb for my swollen ligaments and varicose veins. but they didn’t have it. Instead Akira called his father and i explained my situation. He walked in and dozed lavender in my affected joints and carefully rubbed it in for me and bandaged my joints. Then, they sent me off with an extra bottle of lavender oil. They didn’t ask for a single cent. Just said “sorry for the trouble for coming all this way and we did not have what you were looking for.” Sure, i had committed to the trip, but the act of kindness shown to me here was beyond my wildest dreams. 🙏 Thank you.
以前から気になっていたお店でした。大阪に行く用事があり、予約をして訪問すると店内全てがウィリアムモリスの世界観。いつもは無口な私ですが、色々と話が弾んだのも店内に漂っている植物のアロマのため。私だけの化粧品が作られる時間を、ゆっくりと味わう贅沢な時間を過ごしました。
お店の雰囲気もとても良く、ハンドメイドフルオーガニックのハンドクリームはとても肌に馴染んで重宝しています。
