We visited this beautiful garden during our Nara Tour. This was actually very easy to miss as there are two gates here and we were not sure we can enter at first. The entrance was not grand or anything and it is also free to enter.However, the interior matches its humble entrance as when you enter, even though the place is really beautiful, scenic and breathtaking, it is really peaceful. I am no expert in Zen but this place heals you in ways you cannot fully explain.We were fortunate that there were not a lot of visitors when we visited so we really felt the best peace nature can provide.As an Architect, and a bit of landscape enthusiast, this place is a very important place to visit in Nara. You will really understand the Japanese culture through this architecture and landscaping.This is undoubtedly the highlight of my Nara trip
