We stopped here and got a twin room. The room was comfortable for a ski holiday. Ski storage downstairs. The common area was neat and clean, but no lounge area or general area to relax in. Only tables and chairs. The kitchen had storage for your food and drink, but basically very limited crockery and cutlery, zero knives. Makes a bit hard for food. Budget style very basic.
Great little hostel. No issues. Bunk beds were comfy and surprisingly very warm.

Excellent hostel within walking distance of the ski area. It is a bit of an uphill hike to the ski area, but at about 200m it is within reason. In my case the sidewalks had snow cover, so was able to ski back to Snowball.The place itself is quite new, opened in 2025, and kept quite spotless. The dry room in the bottom floor is great for drying ski gear. The room has a good size locker too.The owner/host was great in communicating with me, and I did pester him a lot.Overall an excellent place to stay.
Non-refundable tourist trap.One star for the location near the slopes and one for cleanliness. Everything else is soulless and purely profit-driven. The interior is entirely plastic/synthetic, with no cosy common areas, no books, games, or real hospitality—just chairs and high tables in the dining area.€68 a night for a tiny dorm cube (under 2 metres long), and you have to make your own bed. I was the only woman among five men (I felt like I was misplaced in a male dormitory), despite other women in the hostel. When I asked about a space for women as well, the owner replied rudely that it was “all mixed”.Poor ventilation: windows were angrily shut by the owner, even though some guests were smokers. Heavy condensation inside the cube—mould seems inevitable.It works as a place to store your body overnight for skiing. Nothing more.
We stayed for 4D3N, the host was very gracious in allowing us to come at 11pm, close to midnight as our flight touched down late. The amenities was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is walking distance to snowboard/ski rentals and they have special rates on day passes for the lift. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, facilities was so comfortable compared to other hostels we've stayed in. They were still lacking in some kitchen amenities, but they immediately got it the next day. There was a Lawsons a walk away for your necessities as well as a variety of restaurants nearby ☺️

7月中旬の平日に2泊させていただきました。こちらの施設は海外からのスキー場利用客が多いようですが、私たちは富良野のラベンダーと近隣の新富良野プリンスホテルでの気球体験を目当てに滞在しました。滞在中、利用客は私たちの他に他フロアに1組いるかいないかだったので静かで心地良かったです。まだ新しいからか清潔感があります。玄関で靴を脱ぎスリッパで施設内を移動しますが、スリッパが歩きづらくつまづきそうになったので注意が必要です。特にスーツケースを持ちながら昇り降りする時。アメニティーは共有シャワールームにシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがあり、洗面所にはハンドソープ、ドライヤーがあります。バスタオルは部屋に準備されていました。歯ブラシ、洗顔料、化粧水、クレンジング等はご自身で準備が必要です。ティッシュがリビングダイニングにしかなかったので、お部屋と洗面所にあるといいなと思いました。相場よりだいぶお安かったので充分なサービスと思います。建物前に駐車場あります。オーナーは中国の方のようですが、日本語も通じるので会話に不便はありません。とても優しい雰囲気の方でした。また富良野に訪れる際は利用したいと思います。
