Excelente. Me olvidé un bolso por la mañana en un tren y pasé a la tarde y estaba esperándome. Obviamente no faltaba nada.Está en el subsuelo en dirección al hotel de la estación.

Shima-san was incredibly helpful in helping us finding my passport. She called the different ticket counters and asks and luckily managed to idenfify a ticket counter where it was being temporarily stored at Kyoto station.Arigatou gosaimasu Shima-san!

【中央防災センター】事務所受付は駅ビル内地下一階～プロント左脇に所在。駅ビル内等での『忘れ物～紛失物や拾得物』のご相談窓口となっております。拾得物はこちらの事務所にて保管されており、引き取りもこちらでの窓口処理となります。電話でのご対応、窓口でのご対応共にとても親切丁寧で安心感があります。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

I had lost a book in which I was collecting eki stamps and writing / drawing about my first trip to Japan. My friend suggested that I go to the lost and found and try to find it. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful - and several questions later they had identified my missing book! I am still in disbelief about finding it and also how helpful and kind they were to me. I am eternally grateful — thank you so much 🙏🏽♥️
