We stayed here during our honeymoon in Kyoto and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious. It had everything we needed and made our trip so much more special. Highly recommend this Airbnb, we had such a great time and made wonderful memories here.

C’est une adresse idéale pour un séjour à Kyoto que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

If you're looking for a modern, cozy, and authentically Japanese experience right in the heart of Kyoto, this is the place to book.We stayed for three nights as a family of five (parents and three daughters), and it was the perfect base to explore the city. The location is ideal: close to Kyoto’s main attractions, yet quiet and peaceful enough for a good night’s rest.The house beautifully blends traditional Japanese architecture with modern technology. You’ll find tatami floors, wooden details, and a serene ambiance, combined with all the comforts of contemporary living—such as air conditioning in every room (both bedrooms and the living area), high-speed Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities that are easy to use.Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged for travelers, including helpful instructions in English for appliances like the air conditioning and washer.Upstairs, the two bedrooms are perfectly equipped—one for the parents and another designed for the children. The dining area overlooks a beautiful inner garden, adding a peaceful and elegant touch to every moment spent at home.We highly recommend this property to families or anyone seeking a unique, comfortable, and well-equipped stay in Kyoto.

Utterly stunning! Gorgeous and impeccably designed and appointed. I wish my own home were half as nice. Don’t hesitate to stay here; you’ll love it.The linens are elegant and soft. The bathrooms relaxing and high tech.
We had a wonderful experience staying at Kyoran Hayasi. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, providing clear information and making the check-in process effortless with a keypad system.The house itself is new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with a minimalist yet elegant aesthetic. It truly felt cool and modern. While it’s a bit far from Kyoto Station, the nearby local train station (Shoichiro Station) makes it convenient to get around.The beds are super comfortable, and the thoughtful touches—like free water, rice, and a relaxing bathtub—made our stay even better. The small garden inside adds a nice touch of tranquility.One of the highlights was the high-tech amenities, including Dyson hairdryers and a Dyson vacuum cleaner—such a luxurious touch!Overall, Kyoran Hayasi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort and style. Highly recommended!

This place is beautiful, and they seem to have thought of everything. The kids were excited to bathe in the lovely o-furo. It’s also clever of them to suggest that the bottle of champagne is free if you leave a review. It’s elegant and well thought-out and the service has been great so far. Just be sure to mark the spot in the map for taxis & such.
