Located right in the heart of major tourist attractions, with easy access to bus and railway stations. Kyoto Station is also conveniently within walking distance.The rooms are small yet cozy—perfect for a comfortable 3–5 day stay. The host is very responsive and has thoughtfully provided all essential amenities.They also offer luggage storage on both check-in and check-out days, which makes exploring the city so much easier and the entire stay even more seamless.The reception area is well-equipped with everything from coffee and drinking water to a common kitchen and laundry area. There’s also a TV for entertainment, making the shared space comfortable and welcoming.Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
非常乾淨整潔！一個晚上也才1000多台幣🫶雖然空間不大～但五臟俱全喔！但至少睡在榻榻米上也不會不舒服😌推薦給來京都的各位🙌
場所めっちゃいい、すぐ鴨川〜 毎日ジョッキングできるし、嬉しいです。部屋が小さいですが、基本は寝るだけなんで、全然大丈夫だと思います。
Good place to stay.There are also mini-fridges and microwawes on the internal "public area" that you can use to store and head up your coffe or meat,and a washing and drying machine.
Camera piccola ma pulita ed arredata in stile giapponese. Il tatami è molto comodo. Unica pecca è l' assenza di un armadio. Non c'è personale presente, ma sono molto reattivi se si invia una richiesta per messaggio. Nelle aeree comuni c'è un piccolo salone con TV, spazio per riscaldare il cibo e una lavanderia. Si possono lasciare le valigie in sicurezza.
一个很有日式风格的小房间，卫生很干净，装修得非常精致，周围大概5分钟的路程有一家711，距离车站的位置也很合适，离清水寺、八坂神社的步行距离也都在30分钟以内，交通便利，公共区域也很棒，我和朋友还在这喝了点饮料，一切入住都是自助办理，非常方便省心，适合不善与人交际或者语言不熟练的游客。
Està molt ben situat i en 15 minuts a peu estàs a Gion o a l’avinguda principal. Crec que per un parell de nits està bé, relació qualitat preu és fantàstica, però nosaltres ens hi hem estat quatre nits… l’habitació és més petita del que ens pensàvem i els futons estan entre la dutxa i el wc, no és ni còmode ni net… al final queda tot el futón brut.
Es una chulada, tiene un toque muy auténtico y que los occidentales valoramos mucho.Las habitaciones son pequeñas (como todo aquí), pero para descansar después de un día de visitas, cumplen perfectamente.En el recibidor puedes traer tu comida y se está muy agusto. También dispone de lavadora y secadora.Yo he venido con un colega pero es idoneo para parejas, es muy acogedor.En definitiva, si quieres algo diferente a un hotel convencional y pillas un buen precio, es muy chulo, la zona es muy tranquila y muy auténtica.
Very nice, quiet and clean hotel. It’s very small, but comfy. No reception: it’s unmanned, but you have instructions everywhere (of course!). The rooms were very neat and cute. You have all the necessary stuff like toothbrushes and shampoo, laundry, kitchen, refrigerator and free storage.

Great place to stay in Kyoto. The location was superb and you're not far either by foot or train to any major attractions. The place looked brand new and all amenities and facilities were clean and functional.The rooms were spacious and clean and sleeping on a futon was a nice experience.The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive for answering any questions or concerns.Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Kyoto.
