祇園四条駅や清水五条駅まで歩いて行ける好立地です。
Good location and economical but that's about it. They offer a shuttle from the office outside the train station but no other shuttle services. Tiny kitchen and dining.Pros: modern, wall AC per room, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, stove, 2 small fridges, 2 bathroomsCons: hard mattresses, 2-bed room is tight, only one key, one burner stove, combo washer/dryer is slow and wrinkles (untwist clothes before drying), toilet runs long
We stayed in the superior quadruple room, and unfortunately it fell a little short of our expectations. The room is more worn than the pictures online show, with the wallpaper peeling up in many places. The room could use a deep cleaning. The caulking in the shower was pretty moldy and there was a lot of grime built up behind the bathroom faucets. The linens were clean though, and we appreciated having a large room after just being in Tokyo.It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and we were able to walk to Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizudera, and Nishiki Market. Overall our stay was okay, but we will likely stay elsewhere if we’re in Kyoto again.
A two-bedroom apartment with small kitchen & dining table. There’s a luggage storage and toilet that you can use before check-in or after check-out. Location is between Keihan Line, Gion-Shijo & Kiyomizu-Gojo Stations, both within walking distance. Checked in at reception near Kyoto Station and took the shuttle bus to the property. Staffs & driver were friendly.The lighting is a bit dark for my liking but overall pleasant stay and great value.

近市區又安靜，幾乎走路15分鐘內可以抵達，接送車子很方便又和客氣服務幫提行李，房間乾淨、舒適、衛浴乾濕分離。這次租的是家庭房，空間還可以，廚具、洗衣機都有配備。
