A great place to stay in Kyoto. Convenient location just 5 mins walk from Nijo Station and supermarket. Although the place might be a bit small, it had everything we needed (bathtub, laundry machine, cookware). Recommend for a stay.
The place is very reasonable priced when we stayed for 5 nights. It had everything we needed: a small kitchen to heat up late-night ramen, a warm and nice shower with a bathtub, laundry machine to wash our clothes… and it’s on a quite street while still convenient to walk to bus stops and Nijo train station (about 10 min on foot). The room is clean and spacious, with a sofa we can sit and relax on after a long day walk 😊

Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso, ottima posizione vicino al castello ma in una via molto tranquilla, tantissimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti, comodo con la metropolitana. Consigliato.
