オープンしたばかりで、建物がすべてキレイでした。
友人と過ごすには最適な宿泊施設です。
京都市中京区の便利な立地に位置しています。
初めて利用しました。部屋の家具、家電がすべて新しく洗礼されており気持ちのよい部屋でした。バスタブが大きく、ゆっくりと湯船に浸かることができてとても良かったです。部屋に空気清浄機があり、助かりました。スーパーやコンビニもすぐ近くにあるので良かったです。
Excellent place very quiet and yet very accessible. Rooms are small but we'll appointed and have good amenities.Our room had a balcony as well as mentioned in the booking. The bed was the right softness, and the climate control is so good.Toilet and bath have all that you might need, very clean and spotless.Will definitely book here again when in Kyoto. Near subway and also has buses passing in front of it..all covered by Kyoto bud and subway pass.Drinks in refrigerator are free and replenished daily. Drinking water and ice also available in hallway. Coffee and tea are unlimited in 2nd floor lobby.

友人とこのホテルに2泊しました。部屋は広々としていて、バスルームは設備が充実しており、大きなバスタブがありました。スタッフは特に褒めるべき点です。とても親切で、特に年配の男性はフレンドリーで、英語も話せるので、海外旅行者にとってとても助かりました。
Very good value, it’s a new hotel. It’s spacious compare to other budget hotels in Kyoto. The biggest surprise is that I have two windows in the room, one with mountain view compare to you only get a window facing a wall in a hotel. There’s a water dispenser and ice dispenser on my floor. Beside the standard hair dryer hotel normally provide, they added a hair straightener/ curler as well.I definitely enjoy my stay in Bolam Hotel.
If you're looking for a quality hotel in a great location, I think Hotel Bolam Kyoto is the best option. Its cleanliness, comfort, and quality are truly top-notch. It rivals a Hilton room in quality. I highly recommend it.
Bonito hotel, bonita habitación, muy completo. Nos gusto mucho. Volveríamos. Está lejos del centro turístico pero vale la pena este lugar. Están mal señalizados en Google maps te manda a la calle de atrás

オープンしたばかりなのか建物全てがキレイでした。客室にヘアアイロンが備え付けてあるのが◎。あと、大きいベットで寝やすかったです。コンビニも近くにあり特に不便は無かったです。

Stayed in this hotel back in November 2025. Early autumn. Really enjoyed it. Rooms are well appointed for the price. Comfy beds, clean and modern toilets (has bidet, bathtub and a host of personal care creams and soaps)They have free coffee in the main lobby. Checkin is hassle free and finished in 4mins.Quiet rooms and good view of the street. Room conditioning was great and very very silent. Had mini ref and complimentary water, but (see picture) there was water dispenser if you need more
