Un séjour de 6 semaines. Proximité de kombini très pratique pas loin des arrêts de bus ainsi que de la gare.
I loved this place. The Hosts are very kind and interested in taking conversations. Apparently I don't speak Japanese so there was a barrier. Bit with an app no problem at all.The room was very good. I had all utilities I needed. For my needs I can tell that I didn't miss anything.The location is good. Right next to a JR Station and the bus stops are only a few minutes by foot accessible.I recommend this place and I would go there again next time I visit Kyoto.

Thanks to Royce Enmachi for the lovely stay in Kyoto. A humble and a nice host! Just a perfect cute cozy room to relax and convenient enough to access the tourist places in Kyoto from the location. We were two people and the room was just perfect for us. Beautifully designed, very neat and tidy and had got everything we would have needed for our 3 day stay. Two supermarkets were also nearby just 2-3 mins walk if we had to buy anything from there. Would like to come back again!
게스트하우스를 호텔처럼 꾸며놓았는데 위치도 좋고 무척 깔끔하고 가까운곳에 펀의시설도 모두 갖추고 있어써 너무 좋았구 호텔이라기 보다는 정말 내집처럼 편안하고 아늑하다는 느낌을 받았어요. 정말로 강추합니다^^
very clean and tidy, great shower. has pocket wi-fi which is great to aid orientation in the city. the only thing i don't like is that you hear clearly the train and neighbours.
Nice, modern building with quality fixtures. The location is very close to a JR station, though far from the main shopping and restaurant district of Kyoto.

Royce Enmachi Apartment was a bit of a result, to be honest. Proper handy spot — you’ve got a little restaurant right next door that serves ice‑cold beer, the kind that hits you in the soul after a long day out. There’s a 7/11 basically touching distance, and a supermarket bang opposite, so you’re never more than 30 seconds away from snacks, drinks, or emergency breakfast.The host is a top bloke, works downstairs in the barbers. Proper friendly, proper easy to deal with — exactly what you want when you’re in a new city and don’t fancy faffing about.Location-wise, you’re laughing. Tsumugi Bakery is about 10 minutes down the road — very decent pastries, worth the stroll. Chicken Village, a tidy little Mexican spot, is around an 18‑minute walk and absolutely worth it. The curry houses we tried nearby… yeah, below par, let’s leave it at that.There’s a pharmacy just down the road, which is always handy, and Emmachi Station is a 7‑minute walk, so getting around Kyoto is a breeze. We didn’t get round to trying Emmachi Reverb (about 12 minutes away), but the smell coming out of that place was unreal — if you go, do me a favour and tell me if it tastes as good as it smells.All in all, Royce Enmachi Apartment is a cracking little base — convenient, comfortable, and surrounded by everything you need. Would happily stay again.
