We had a wonderful experience here!The rental process was smooth, and the owner was very kind and helpful.We rented 5 e-bikes for the day, and everything was perfect. The shop is conveniently located near beautiful landmarks, making it easy to explore and enjoy many activities. You can also rent the bikes for 24 hours if you prefer.We highly recommend this place for discovering Kyoto by bike!

Nous avons loué 8 vélos électriques pendant plusieurs jours.Le loueur était particulièrement sympathique, serviable, courtois et accommodant.Les vélos étaient très adaptés pour rayonner dans la ville. C’était une très agréable expérience de voyage.
金閣寺方面の旅をする為、レンタサイクルを借りに北野白梅町バス停から約20分歩いてつきました。変速自転車を1日借りました、高さ調整をして頂き11:30STARTで17:00前になんとか戻って来ました。金閣寺や等持院、龍安寺、仁和寺のコースはアップダウンが有り変速自転車を借りて良かったです。余録があれば、電動アシスト自転車をお勧めします。帰りは1番近い四条方面行のバス停(堀川中立売バス停)を紹介して頂き、ゆっくり徒歩で10分マクドナルドの前でした。本当にありがとうございました。
We had a group travel and our agency booked an excursion with Raku-chari. Easily the highlight of our travel to Japan. We had Yuuta-san as our guide and he is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and humble. The bikes were great and the routes were memorable.
服务很棒，老板非常干练与热情。自行车的状态也维护得不错，电池可以助力50公里，上坡毫无压力，在京都一两天完全够用。
Run by the most kind gentleman who will help to fulfill your needs. He is really honest and a pleasure to deal with.
Although this was booked through the person who owned the accommodation, the service was great. 6 electric assist bike with 3 chargers and locks. We practiced at the side of his shop and found them easy to use and turn off and on. No sweat. None of our group are cyclists and 3 had rarely ever used bikes before. The bikes gave us the opportunity to go to places that were not covered by transport and Kyoto is safe and made for bikes.
Wir hab hier 2 Fahrräder für eine rundfahrt nach Arashiyama und dann noch 2-3 Tempel gemietet. Die Fahrräder kamen ausgestattet mit Körben und dynamo Licht. Das Ausleihen war einfach und der überaus nette Verkäufer hat uns noch eine Karte mitgegeben mit den Parkplätzen und sehenswerten Orten in der Umgebung.

Yoshi est très sympathique, il explique tout en détail et il parle bien anglais. Il est arrangeant et bienveillant. Nous avons pu prolonger la location d’une journée et rendre les vélos sur son jour férié. Un grand merci !Visitez Kyoto à vélo : c’est simple et génial 👍
