長崎くんち さじき委員会の特徴
長崎くんちの大祭は、10月7日から9日までの三日間開催です。
380年以上の歴史を持つ文化財です、地域の誇りが詰まっています。
各地域が7年ごとに踊りを披露する、特別な踊り地区の伝統があります。
Nagasaki Kunchi is Nagasaki City's largest autumn festival. Held annually over three days from 7th to 9th October, it is the autumn grand festival of Chinzei Taisha Suwa Shrine. With over 380 years of history, it is a nationally designated Intangible Folk Cultural Property. Each neighbourhood takes its turn every seven years to perform as the 'Dancing District', presenting dedicated performances, and the entire city becomes immersed in the festival spirit. Although it is not widely recognised outside the prefecture, the festival is a passionate celebration of Nagasaki's traditions and local pride.
