Sat at the chef’s table and boy - what an experience! From the host, server to literal my own personal chef, Naitou, I had a top notch experience. Highly recommend to anyone staying at the hotel or in the local area!Naitou’s dishes were absolutely amazing - Served 11 dishes !!! Each one so special and delicious, packed with complimentary flavors focused on local ingredients from the Kyoto area!Matsumoto was excellent in giving me a break down of each dish - even though we speak different languages, she made sure I understood :)Great for special occasions or just because why not !100/10 recommend !

１つ１つ丁寧にデコレートされた料理が続く。驚きがある料理が多かった。ただ、シェフとの距離があって、対話が少なくなるのがもったいないかな…。ヒルトンの様々な割引きが使えるようだから、要チェックですよ。
