The staff was very helpful, but ultimately, they wasted an hour of my time, just to tell me they couldn’t resolve my issue. They suggested I contact a certain department within the bank by phone. Before I left, I asked the staff: “Do they speak English?” They responded with a yes, so I left - thinking I’d be able to fix an issue I’ve been trying to fix for over a week.Well, I called the number and: they don’t speak English. 🙃 Issue is still unresolved.
