This trail leads to Otobaru falls. There is another trailhead (that this one connects with) up the road closer to the amusement park, but that location is not on Google Maps.

The falls were damaged by a landslide some time in the past year, so they are not nearly as tall as they once were. They're also tucked around the corner now, so you need to get a bit adventurous to actually see them. Still a fun little hike.Say hello to カニちゃん if you see him!
